Brand Origin

Our flagship product 'emplX' is an integrated cloud based HR and Payroll system launched in 2008. The name 'emplX' originates from the phrase 'Employee Express,' symbolizing our dedication to delivering rapid and effective workforce management solutions. By merging these words into 'emplX,' we aim to emphasize our commitment to facilitating smooth employee experiences.  Our aim then and remains so now, is to deliver affordable solutions enabling any company, large or small, to implement world class processes that efficiently manage and develop their greatest asset – their people.

What emplX Can Do

emplX has the ability to cover end-to-end transaction processing, from the point an employee is hired to the point employee leaves the company. All activities of an employee are captured in the system on real time basis, including employee self-service application of their attendance, overtime, leave, claim which will link directly to the payroll system, with minimum data entry.

emplX can also integrate with various 3rd party system, namely Banks such as CIMB, Maybank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Hong Leong Bank, OCBC bank, HSBC Bank, UOB Bank, CITI Bank, DBS Bank etc. Statutory Bodies, Financial System, CRM System, ERP System and many more, to ensure data exchange or transfer between system is also seamless. In 2011, emplX was awarded ISO 15408, ensuring clients with the most stringent security compliance regulations are able to use emplX with complete confidence. Today we have extended our compliance certifications to include numerous verticals and geographies. emplX is proven time and again to be a globally certified secure cloud-based HR solution. In 2020, emplX was awarded ISO 27001:2022 (Certificate No: ISMS 00358). In 2023, emplX was GDPR certified, followed by SOC2 Type II Reporting in 2024.
